GETTING MY RIDERO PUBLISHER TO WORK

@Arjan Is there a way to specify offset at the start of download? My downloading interrupted due to some explanations and now wget has started off examining information from the initial web page. I'd applied -c alternative, but still. I gave offset=xxx in the URL being mirrored but nevertheless it is actually downloading from initially site.How to
